Change of mind
If you purchase an item online or over the phone you have 30 days from the date of delivery to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you do change your mind, you can return your item(s) to our address: Unit 5, Brookside Business Centre, Church Road, Swallowfield, Reading, Berkshire, RG7 1TH for a refund or exchange. Please ensure you have suitable insurance for damage/loss and obtain proof of postage.
If there is a problem with your purchase
Unfortunately, from time-to-time, goods can be faulty but don’t worry, we are here to fully support you. If something you buy from us develops a fault within 30 days of receipt, we’d be very happy to quickly arrange a free repair with the manufacturer for you, offer a replacement, exchange or refund.
It’s worth noting that sometimes it takes a little time to get used to a new machine and, occasionally, a product may not have been correctly installed so we would always suggest checking this. If there is an issue, we’d always recommend allowing us to book a qualified engineer to quickly identify and, most likely, fix whatever may be wrong as a first option. This will allow you keep the appliance in place and use it without the disruption of having it collected and another delivered. Should a service engineer fail to remedy any fault quickly and easily or not be appropriate, we can still look at a replacement or alternatively a full refund without any collection costs for you.
Please note, this advice does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act, 2015, to which we abide at all times. If you wish to exercise your legal rights to reject goods which do not conform to the Act, you must either return them in person, deliver them back to us, or allow us to collect them from you. In these instances, Your-Outlet will pay the cost of postage or collection and a full refund will be issued within 10 days.
Processing your refund request
We’ll refund you within 10 days of the goods being returned to us or from the date we agreed to collect from you.
